Yes. Every order can include a complimentary custom message card for the recipient. Add your message at checkout and we will include it with your gift.

Where possible, the courier will leave the gift in a safe place and contact the recipient. If the address is inaccessible or there is no safe place to leave it, we will use the contact details provided to arrange the best delivery solution.

For bouquets, trim 1-2cm from the stems, place them in a vase of fresh cool water, keep them away from direct sun and heat, and refresh the water every 1-2 days. For boxed or basket arrangements, top up the floral foam with fresh cool water every 2 days and keep the arrangement somewhere cool.
