The art of thoughtful gifting

The Corporate Gift Recipient and Order Checklist

The Vintage Gratitude Hamper

Prepare a corporate gift enquiry with a count, a working budget and a clear description of where and when gifts are wanted. Separate confirmed requirements from preferences so the business can identify what needs checking. A requirements list is not an accepted order or a promise of special terms.

Set the count and budget

Decide whether the count is per person, household or team. Record a budget per gift and flag whether delivery costs need to fit within that amount. Check your organisation’s approval process and the recipient’s gift policy before choosing items.

Prepare recipient information carefully

Use consistent fields for recipient name, organisation and complete address in your own private record. Start an initial enquiry with the number of recipients and relevant delivery localities; ask how individual details should be provided rather than assuming a spreadsheet upload is supported.

Check preferences and card wording

Record requirements that affect selection and ask for actual product information where needed. Decide whether all gifts share a message or whether wording varies. Check who should be identified as the sender and who will approve the final copy.

Blank enquiry fields

Keep real recipient details out of public examples. Copy these fields into your own order preparation note.

Field Your requirement
Gift count and current product preferences ______
Budget per gift and cost questions ______
Delivery localities and requested dates ______
Recipient preferences / product information needed ______
Shared or individual card wording ______
Internal approval deadline and contact ______

Questions to resolve before committing

Ask about product availability, total costs and your requested arrangements. Confirm any invoicing, branding or multi-address requirement explicitly; do not assume discounts, custom packaging, payment terms or an upload tool. Use the corporate enquiry page to provide your requirements and keep the confirmed response with your order notes.
