Terms & Conditions
Thank you for visiting Hampers & Blooms. These terms explain how we manage product availability, delivery, cancellations and order changes.
Product quality and presentation
We do our best and are devoted to providing excellent quality and customer service. While we aim to create hampers that closely reflect the pictured products, the composition of each hamper and its adorning flowers may vary due to season and availability.
Substitutions
If any products are unavailable, Hampers & Blooms reserves the right to substitute pictured products for items of a similar nature and of higher or equal value. Pictured flowers, succulents and dried flowers may be replaced with items of a similar colour or style and of higher or equal value due to seasonal availability.
Prices and taxes
Hampers & Blooms delivers exclusively within the Brisbane region. All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and include the appropriate taxes.
Delivery
All delivery services are available for next-day delivery from Monday to Sunday. Delivery prices for each suburb can be found on our Delivery Information page. If your desired delivery suburb is not listed, please email info@hampersblooms.com.au before placing your order.
Sunday and redelivery surcharges
An additional $10 surcharge applies for orders delivered on Sundays. If the delivery address provided is incorrect, or if a courier deems the delivery location unsafe to leave the order, an additional surcharge will apply to redeliver your order. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery date or time.
If no one is home
If no one is home at the time of delivery, our couriers will attempt to contact you or the recipient before leaving the hamper in the best and safest location possible, according to the delivery instructions provided when placing the order. If the location is unsafe, such as where there is a dog or locked gate, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Delivery timing
Orders will arrive before 5pm for residential addresses and before close of business for business addresses. While we do our best to deliver orders as early as possible, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. In special cases, evening deliveries may be organised due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations and changes
Refunds are generally not accepted and cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed, as gifts may already be in preparation or transit. Special cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you have any issues with your order, please contact info@hampersblooms.com.au.
